12/05/06 Vote For us
Hello Cubies. Just a quick little note to tell you about the Godiva Festival. Even though we're definately one of the eight bands playing on the 14th of July there is more that could be won with your help. There is a vote online, by text or by post to give one lucky band the chance to play on the 15th with the signed bands, and get their demo personally handed to Steve Lamacq from Radio 1. If you click on this link it will take you straight through to the BBC Website and the voting process.
Happy voting!
03/05/06 No Way May Day!
Wow, what a wicked beginning of May. Not only is it a massive week for gigs, but it's been topped off by some great news.
On bank holiday monday we had the opportunity to compete for a place at the Godiva Festival. After hearing the bands throughout the day we had the nervy task and privilege to close the show. Knowing that the top two bands from each of the four heats would play at the Festival, we knew it was going to be difficult to get through. To our delight we came second behind our mates "Death By Miss Adventure". Excellent (Check out full details and info. about the Godiva Festival at the BBC website)
Hopefully we'll see some of you guys there on the 14th of July at the War Memorial Park, Coventry. It's gonna be an awesome day and weekend as a whole.
Some more news for the Cube fans. We came first in the opening heat of our quest for glory in the Irish Club battle of the bands. It capped off a couple of great days for us and we also were able to celebrate Matt's Birthday. Alright!
Bye for now!
21/04/06 Cube Me!
Alright guys. Summer is almost upon us and the time for a right good sesh at the pub is called for. Unfortunately exams are postponing those plans for a couple of months until we finish them. Hurray!
Until that time they're is plenty of music making and song writing to do. Matt has been a busy beaver and written stacks of new material. Brilliant! This should grace your ear drums sometime soon. Hopefully at some of the gigs coming up.
We just want to say a big thanks to everyone that supports us and generate smiles on our faces. We love you guys.

03/11/05 New Gigs added!
Hey guys. Seems like ages since we updated the website. Sorry for neglecting you all. We've been up to quite alot recently as a band and individually. Unfortunately we lost our beautiful drummer "Paul" coz he's gone studying down in Portsmouth. Doh! Amongst the tears we've managed to find a new drummer called "Neil" who had his first gig with us at the Kavanagh club in Moseley. We've also been sorting through lots of pictures taken at our gigs that Matt promises to upload onto the site soon. Thanks for all the support we've had recently at our gigs, especially at Bar Academy. We really appreciate you taking time out of your hectic lives to come and watch us. Keep up the good work. Aside from gigs and song writing we recently got nominated for the Birmingham Music Awards - "Unplugged section" alongside; "Gaz Twist", Simon Scardanelli", "The Butterfly Catchers" and "Surianne" (with her friends 'Milk' & 'Liam'). Unfortunately we didn't get shortlisted for the award but met some awesome talent and wicked people.(Some of which you can see on Myspace) That's all folks and see you soon.
17/09/05 New look website!
Check this out! We've got a flash new website. It's taken a while coming but Matt (with a little help from his sidekick Mike) have slaved for hours to bring you the very best that they could muster and deliver the goods for a change. Russ has provided the new logo that looks wicked and you'll see more often as time goes by. We hope you like it. If you didn't have your speakers on before you logged in then i urge you to have them on standby next time so you can catch the intro music and crazy voice overs. It's well worth it.
